Thank you for supporting sustainable fashion at Swan Reclaimed. Because our bags, apparel, and accessories are crafted from upcycled and reclaimed materials, each piece is unique and completely ready to ship. This policy outlines our handling and delivery processes.
1. Shipping Rates
- All exact shipping fees are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your exact location and package weight.
- Please enter your delivery address at checkout to view your available shipping options and costs.
2. Processing & Dispatch Time
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM EAT or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We will notify you via SMS, WhatsApp or email as soon as your package has been handed over to our courier partner.
3. Delivery Estimates & Options
- Nairobi & Environs (On-Demand Rider): Dispatched via trusted third-party rider platforms. Delivery typically takes 1 business day once processed. The rider will call you upon arrival.
- Pick-up Mtaani (Agent Locations): We ship to your selected Pick-up Mtaani agent location. Packages generally arrive at your chosen “Mtaa” agent within 1 to 3 business days( Nairobi & Environs 1 business day, Other Counties 2-3 business days)
4. Eco-Friendly Packaging
- In line with our sustainability mission, all items are shipped in plastic-free packaging.
- We use biodegradable brown bags or wrapping paper, upcycled fabric scraps, to secure your order.
5. Order Tracking & Collection
- Rider Deliveries: We will share the driver’s contact details or tracking link via WhatsApp/SMS once the package is dispatched.
- Pick-up Mtaani Deliveries: Once your item is dropped off at the central hub, you will receive an automated SMS notification from Pick-up Mtaani with your collection details and a secure pickup pin code. Please do not visit your local agent until you receive their official collection SMS.
