⚠️ All Sales Are Absolute Final
- No Cash/M-Pesa Refunds: We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
- No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor cosmetic variations.
- Unique Upcycled Nature: Reclaimed materials naturally feature unique textures, fading, stitching patterns, or character marks. These variations are deliberate design elements of upcycled fashion, not manufacturer defects.
- Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
🔎 Exceptions for Transit Damage or Fulfillment Errors
We inspect every item before dispatch. We only authorize a resolution in the following rare circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged due to courier handling, you must contact us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect Item Received: If we accidentally shipped the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours.
- Required Proof: You must provide clear photos or a short video of the damaged item, the packaging, and your original order confirmation.
💡 Resolution Process (Store Credit Only)
If your transit damage or error claim is verified and approved by our team, we will issue a resolution in the following order:
- Repair: If possible, we will arrange to repair the unique piece for you at our cost.
- Store Credit / Digital Voucher: If a repair is not possible, we will issue a store credit voucher for the exact purchase amount. This voucher can be used on any future purchase on our website.
- Alternative Exchange: You may select an alternative ready-to-ship item of equal value from our current online inventory.
